Recipe: Refried Beans with Cheese and Green Onions

This recipe for Refried Beans with Cheese and Green Onions is a great little side dish. I serve it as a side with Tacos or Enchiladas… even Burgers… the flavors are great together … the kids will even love this.

This is quick and easy… so let’s get to it..

TIPS

Use homemade or canned refried beans… either way they work well with this recipe.

I use a Colby-Monterey Jack cheese if I’m not sure everyone I’m serving this to likes sharp cheese… but sharp cheddar is a terrific choice.

Use both the green and white portions of the green onion… they’re both delicious.

You can oven bake this or put it in the microwave.
